No links to other sites are allowed unless they contain information directly involving events in Bulgaria or information on members own personal properties.
Anyone advertising another firm without permission will be marked as Spam and banned from the forum.

Each property is allowed up to six photos, you may request more but you must contact the Admin on the site with good reasons and a full explanation.
Properties are not allowed to be listed twice.
No foul language or direct abuse will be tolerated. YOU WILL BE BANNED
Undue comments on posts will be scrutinised and you may be questioned on your reasons. Admin reserve the right to remove such comments if they feel it is uncalled for.
If you receive mail or PM's from other members and feel they are abusive or consider them to be spam, please report it immediately to the Admin.
No pornographic or abusive material is permitted.
Links are allowed in the signature area of your post but links to direct competition is NOT allowed.
Continuous posts by anyone using their signature to advertise another company will be considered Spam.This will be at the Admins Discretion.
